Richard Phelps

 Richard brings over 40 years of experience in the events and catering bar industry, including 10 years with the Workers Beer Company at major festivals such as Glastonbury and Reading. Having also served seven years as a company director and managed teams of up to 1,500 staff, he now enjoys working on a smaller, more hands-on scale while bringing the same professionalism and operational expertise to every event.
